What's the minimum order quantity?
No minimums on most items. You can order as few as 1 custom tumbler or a single shirt. Volume discounts kick in at 50+ units automatically.
Can we add our school mascot or logo?
Yes. Upload your artwork during the quote process or let us help with the design. We handle single-color logos, multi-color designs, and full custom artwork.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 7–10 days. Rush options are available: 3 days (+15%) or 1 day (+35%). Most school fundraisers work well within the standard window.
Do you offer payment plans for large orders?
For orders over $1,000, we can split payment into two equal installments — 50% to start, 50% before shipping. Contact us after placing your quote.
